DearFellow Bowler,


Iam writing to invite you to our annual Open Fours Tournament beingheld this year on Sunday 9th August 2026. Wevery much hope that you will be able to join us on this occasion on afirst come first served basis. The first games will commence promptlyat 9.30 am or 10.30 am, TEAMSWILL PLAY 4 GAMEScomprising of a maximum 1 hour or 10 ends. The prizes will be asfollows:-

1stPlace £100 2ndPlace £80

3rdPlace £60 4thPlace £40

Theentry fee is £40per team(to be included with this entry form) which includes tea or coffee onarrival and lunch. Afternoon refreshments including some delicioushomemade cakes will be available, but we ask for a donation towardsthis. Non-playing visitors can be catered for at £5per headto include a hot drink on arrival and lunch. Please inform us if youor your team require any dietary requirement on the form below.

Pleasenote entry fees are non-refundable if cancellation notice is givenless than 48 hours prior to the tournament date.
